The most reliable way to reach me is email: support@offbeat.technology. I aim to reply within a few days. For anything that needs a record (a correction, a takedown, a business question), email is best.

Bug reports and broken cases, ideas for a puzzle, corrections when a case or an answer key is off, accessibility problems, and press, partnership, or advertising enquiries are all welcome. If you are submitting your own photograph as a case, the in-app submission flow is the best route, but feel free to email first if you want to talk it through.
